Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KeySkills, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KeySkills. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share your account or transfer it to another person.

KeySkills offers one-time purchases (no recurring subscriptions). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Once a purchase is successful, the feature access (Typing Mastery, Mock Test Access, or Bundle) is enabled on your account permanently, subject to platform availability.

Purchases are non-transferable between accounts.

Because feature access is granted instantly, paid purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a genuine issue — duplicate charges, payment gateway errors, or access not being granted — emailsupport@keyskills.inwithin 7 days and we will investigate and resolve in good faith.

• Do not scrape, resell, or mirror KeySkills content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or RLS.
• Do not use the platform to harass other users or upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not use automated tools to inflate your scores or leaderboard standing.

All lesson content, paragraph libraries, mock test questions, UI design, and trademarks on KeySkills are the property of KeySkills or its licensors. You may use the platform for personal exam preparation, but you may not redistribute the content.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. KeySkills is not liable for losses arising from brief outages.

KeySkills is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on-site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
