Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. When you take a typing test or mock exam, we store your session results (speed, accuracy, duration, paragraph attempted) to power your dashboard and progress tracking.

For paid plans we work with Razorpay as our payment processor. KeySkills never stores card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.

• To provide core functionality: lessons, tests, results, and dashboards.
• To maintain account security, detect abuse, and investigate support tickets.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, access confirmations).
• To improve the product in aggregate — e.g. understanding which lessons are hardest so we can rewrite them.

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
• We do not run behavioural ad networks on the platform.
• We do not read the content of your practice sessions to profile you.

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with access restricted via row-level security. You can delete your account at any time by emailingsupport@keyskills.in— we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records for payments).

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contactsupport@keyskills.inand we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on-site and via email for registered users.
